• Full fees should be received no later than week 2 of term. any late payment may be subject to a surcharge.
  • All fees are non-refundable. in the event of a covid restrictions we will move lessons to zoom.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide discounts, refunds or additional classes for sessions missed by the student.
  • If a illuminate teacher is unavailable to take a scheduled class, and a supply teacher cannot be arranged, the class will be carried forward to another date.
  • Illuminate although aim to use the same teaching staff will use a team of supply teachers when necessary.
  • Illuminate will not be held responsible for classes cancelled due to extreme circumstances. in this case, an alternative class will be arranged where possible.
  • Any students wishing to discontinue their classes at illuminate must give a half term’s notice in writing, otherwise a half term’s fees will be charged.
  • The principal should be notified of any change in contact details, this is extremely important.
  • Illuminate should be made aware if there is a change in adult collecting child.
  • Illuminate does not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen.
  • Illuminate may wish to take photos or videos of our students for the website, flyers and future productions. please alert kathleen the principal if you would not like your child to be included in this.
  • If you are unable to attend the show date we are unable to provide more than one date so will not be able to provide an alternative.
